Nice - Cannes
Students were not immune to the powers of the Mediterranean sun which have caused many others before our arrival to fall in love with it. The energy was plentiful as everyone took in all the beauty that the French Riviera had to offer. From Nice's marchés and tasteful architecture to Cannes' world renowned beaches, everyone was enjoying their slice of la dolce vita!

Lac Neuchatel by ferry
Students spent Sunday afternoon crossing Lac Neuchatel by ferry. Although it was a little overcast and windy upon departure, we returned to clear skies and even a wonderful rainbow!
La ville de Montreux
Students left on Saturday for the enchanting Swiss city of Montreux. Once there, they visited the city's centuries' old chateau while walking along the waterfront. The views from every angle were spectacular! Students later stayed for the city's annual summer jazz festival.

La piscine Olympique
Under the Swiss sky and beside Lac Neuchatel, students spent the afternoon testing the waters at Neuchatel's Olympic size pool. The weather was beautiful and the water warm. The view in the background was a sight to behold!

Jura - Chaumont
After class, students traveled via cable car more than 1000 metres above sea level up the Jura mountain to Chaumont. The breathtaking views of the city of Neuchatel and of the surrounding Swiss regions left our students in awe. Afterwards, everyone enjoyed the pleasant hike down the mountain.

Bern - the Swiss capital
Students embarked on an excursion to the nation's capital - Bern. While there, students were immersed in the city's rich history, architecture and European ambience. Taking advantage of the cool and temperate Swiss weather, the city of Bern had students relaxing and enjoying a game of ball as they took in the fantastic views around them.

Another beautiful day in Switzerland! While exploring the centre-ville, students reached Neuchatel's chateau!
